Do you know Elisabeta? She leads the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB). Among her responsibilities, she is in charge of leading a team of professionals who are providing technical assistance to 19 Water and Sewerage Utilities in Albania, as part of the “Asset Management Advisory Services to South-Eastern Europe (SSEAM)” Programme, supported by the German Government through GIZ Open Regional Fund Modernization of Municipal Services.
