[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]According to the project ”Asset Management Services to Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe (SEEAM)”, the representatives of thematic centre Association for Water and Environmental Protection Sector ”Aquasan Network in B&H” carried out field visits and delivered trainings on workplace in public utility companies in Sanski Most, Gracanica, Srebrenik and Gradiska in the period from 17th – 20th  October 2017.

During this occasion, the representatives of the thematic centre held meetings with directors and appointed employees for the implementation of the SEEAM project, where they presented the activities carried out in the past period as well as the activities planned for the upcoming period.  After the meetings in PUCs premises, field visits to facilities and elements (water sources, wells, reservoirs, pump stations, manholes, etc.) on water supply system were organised and carried out. PUCs representatives are familiar with data collection procedures and trained for fulfilling data in the field forms. After the field visit and filling of the forms, the thematic centre representatives demonstrated how to enter the collected data into the EDAMS NAM attribute tables and how to continue with the data collection process and creation of asset register which is managed by PUCs. In the following period, employees will be provided with the support in further collection and entering of the required data as well as addressing the potential challenges in creating the register of infrastructure assets.
