Advance Maintenance Management System Training for the Water Utilities in Albania

SEEAM 3rd Workshop
Today was successfully completed the second day of the Gold Phase Training on the Advance Maintenance Management System, for the Water Utilities part of the “Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities in Albania” Project. The aim of the training was to train the staff of Water Utilities on Advance Maintenance Management System Methodology.
The training was organized by SHUKALB and delivered by Stylianos Mkana, Systems Engineer from Hydro-Comp Enterprise.
Participants in the workshop were representative from 11 Water Utilities of Albania (Berat-Kucove, Sarande, Cerrik, Gramsh, Shkoder, Vlore, Elbasan, Korce, Peqin, Permet and Himara) representatives from the National Water Regulatory (ERRU), GIZ Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, Hydro-Comp Enterprises  and Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB).
During the two days of the training the participants were able to practice and work with EDAMS Software, creating and completing a problem log and jobcards, creating and completing a caller log as well as issuing an investigation. Also, new modules related to the maintenance program and management reports were presented in the second day of the training.

Qëllimi i aktivitetit ishte trajnimi i stafit të Shoqërive UK për Metodologjitë e Avancuar të Sistemit të Menaxhimit të Mirëmbajtjes
Trajnimi u organizua nga SHUKALB dhe u mbajt nga trajneri Stylianos Mkana, Inxhiner Sistemi pranë Hydro-Comp Enterprise.
Pjesëmarrës në trajnim ishin përfaqësues nga 11 Shoqëri UK (Berat-Kucove, Sarandë, Cerrik, Gramsh, Shkodër, Vlorë, Elbasan, Korcë, Peqin, Përmet dhe Himarë) përfaqësues nga Enti Rregullator i Ujit (ERRU), GIZ, Kompania Hydro-Comp nga Qipro dhe Shoqata Ujësjellës Kanalizime e Shqipërisë (SHUKALB).
Gjatë dy ditëve të trajnimit pjesëmarrësit praktikuan dhe punuan me EDAMS Software, duke krijuar dhe plotësuar një regjistër problemesh dhe kartela pune, duke krijuar dhe plotësuar një regjistër telefonatash, si dhe punuan me lëshimin e një investigimeve. Gjithashtu, module të reja në lidhje me programin e mirëmbajtjes dhe raportet e menaxhimit u prezantuan në ditën e dytë të trajnimit.
